Role Overview: The Project Officer will lead the implementation and monitoring of the BIES project, aimed at promoting grassroots innovation and supporting Community Innovator Fellows (CIFs) through bootcamps, mentorship, seed funding, and incubation. The role includes coordinating with academic and government partners, managing project data, and ensuring timely reporting. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating, Supporting & Facilitating the ACICs which spread across the Country Liaisoning with funding partners & NITI Aayog Planning, Designing, Organizing, Monitoring & Documentation of all the ACICs from the Head Office Facilitate activities like online content development, Portal Development and the Promotion of Entrepreneurship among Fellows Coordinating with the Location-wise ACIC Team, Fellows, Project Partners like; NITI Aayog & Capgemini Ltd. Organising sessions for Community Innovator Fellows and ACIC Management Staff Members Coordinate innovation challenges, CIF bootcamps, and startup support activities, etc Facilitate partnerships with ACICs, IITs/IIMs, and corporate mentors Monitor project progress via the M&E portal and ensure timely reporting Manage project documentation, social media updates, and impact reports Support the disbursement of seed funds and prototype development Qualifications: MBA in Rural Management/ Masters in Social Work (MSW), or related field 46 years of relevant experience in program execution, innovation/startup ecosystem, or CSR Strong skills in coordination, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
