Sr. React Native Developer

As a Senior React Native Developer at our company based in Indore MP (On-Site), you will play a crucial role in leading the development of our mobile applications. With a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, you will leverage your expertise in React Native to architect and design features for both iOS and Android platforms. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of complex React Native applications, prioritizing high performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will be responsible for designing mobile app features and components while collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend developers to implement new functionalities. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback to peers and junior developers, and troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and defects within the applications. Stay updated with industry trends, React Native updates, and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Additionally, lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth. Requirements - Professional experience of 4+ years in React Native development. - Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. - Understanding of mobile app architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations. - Knowledge of native code integration (Swift, Objective-C), build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems. - Experience with unit testing, end-to-end testing frameworks, and strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Preferred Skills - Experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). - Familiarity with mobile app analytics, performance monitoring, and user feedback tools. - Exposure to advanced React Native features such as animations, offline storage, and push notifications. - Understanding of design patterns and architectural principles like MVC, MVVM.
