Role and Responsibilities :-
* End to End Claims Analyses
* Verify Policy/Claims Documents * Claims Setup and Payment Processing * Claims Submission and Tracking * Correspond with involved Claim Parties * Develop and Maintain Claims communication * Maintain Records of Activities * Manage day to day production and ensure SLAs are met * Knowledge of up-stream and down-stream processes of Claims and how they are linked with each other * Analytical and Reporting skills on excel * Team player with a ready to learn approach * Excellent written and verbal communication * Contribute towards process improvements through brainwaves
Qualifications and Experience:
Any Graduate degree (B.Com. preferred)
Strong understanding of P&C insurance principles Must have London Insurance Market Claims Experience 2-5 years Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working from the office and with rotational shifts
