Sr Account Manager

As a Programmatic Ad Manager at Xapads Media, you will be an integral part of the AI + Human Intelligence revolution that is reshaping YouTube advertising. You will work with a team dedicated to leveraging the power of AI and human expertise to enhance brand safety and precision targeting on platforms like YouTube and Instagram. Your responsibilities will include hands-on experience with online advertising platforms such as DV360, Google Campaign Manager, YouTube, and Meta. You will ensure the best practices in DV360 and TrueView, focusing on platform expertise, consistency, and delivering quality work. Your expertise in programmatic strategy and lifecycle will be crucial in selecting, deploying, and utilizing programmatic technology effectively. Managing end-to-end digital media campaigns will be a key part of your role, where you will identify new opportunities, build and plan digital media strategies, provide channel and budget recommendations, and set up campaigns to maximize business impact. Your experience with online marketing metrics like VTR, Viewability, ROI, and conversion rates will be essential in analyzing campaign performance and providing benchmarks and tracking reports to clients and the media team. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will successfully build relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. Leading or participating in Display campaigns, maintaining KPIs and P&L, and coordinating with creative teams to ensure adherence to creative guidelines are also part of your responsibilities. You will identify and manage campaign KPIs as agreed upon by sales and agencies, analyze campaign data, and optimize campaigns to meet goals while maintaining P&L for executed campaigns. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in DV360 and 2-3 years of experience with adserving TM vendors like DCM, GTM, or Adobe. Previous working experience in agencies, trading desks, or programmatic tech partners will be beneficial for success in this role.
