Providing input on project proposals and architectural designs Assisting to coordinate details for projects and present materials to clients Communicating with contractors about the status of a project Creating proposals and documents relating to designs or construction Work closely with construction managers and workers Communicating with clients to gather requirements and update project status Qualifications Minimum Degree in Architecture Proficiency with Auto cad, Google Sketch up, 3D rendering, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive and detail-oriented Desire to grow within a team environment Well-organized with the ability to manage time and meet timelines Creative and collaborative with a passion for designing and detailing Analytical thinker and problem solver Highly motivated with the ability to work independently

Requirements: Work experience as an Accountant BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures Hands-on experience with accounting softwares Advanced MS Excel skills Experience with general ledger functions Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills Responsibilities: Manage all accounting transactions Prepare budget forecasts Compute taxes and prepare tax returns Manage balance sheets and account statements Report on the company's financial health and liquidity Publish financial statements in time Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely bank payments Comply with financial policies and regulations Audit financial transactions and documents
