Position Overview We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Special Educator to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will support students with diverse learning needs, including developmental delays, learning disabilities, ADHD, ASD, and other special education requirements. The educator will work closely with parents, general education teachers, and school counselors to provide an inclusive and adaptive learning environment. Key Responsibilities * Assess the individual needs of students and create customized Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) * Deliver tailored instruction using multi-sensory and differentiated teaching techniques * Collaborate with class teachers to ensure inclusion of children with special needs in mainstream classrooms * Conduct one-on-one or small group sessions for skill development * Track and document student progress; revise IEPs as required * Conduct regular parent meetings to share updates and strategies for support at home * Assist in creating a supportive, inclusive classroom culture * Provide training and sensitization sessions to staff on special education best practices Qualifications and Skills * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education (B.Ed or M.Ed – Special Education) from a recognized institution * RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration is mandatory * Minimum 1–3 years of experience working in an inclusive or special education setup (preferably in a school) * Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation * Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills * Patience, empathy, and passion for supporting children with diverse needs.
