Spare Incharge

We are looking for a Spare Incharge (Male) to manage and coordinate spare parts inventory for our service and maintenance department. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and responsible for overseeing stock levels, ordering spare parts, and ensuring timely availability for service operations. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts using manual records or software systems.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming spare parts as per company procedures.
• Issue spare parts to service technicians and departments based on requisitions.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and delivery.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle warranty and return processes for defective or excess parts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spare parts store area.
• Generate daily/weekly stock and usage reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in inventory/store/spares management preferred.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of inventory or store management.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with spare parts (automotive, machinery, or appliances) is an added advantage.
• Ability to work with basic computer applications (Excel, inventory software).
• Team player with attention to detail and responsibility.

Salary:

• ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
