Responsibilities

• Farmer Onboarding:

  Identify, approach, and onboard farmers to ensure a consistent supply base aligned with organizational needs.

• Quality Checks:

  Coordinate with the concerned team (CC) to verify the quality of sourced products and ensure compliance with set standards.

• Price Negotiation:

  Negotiate prices with farmers in line with company norms and pricing guidelines.

• Fulfilment Management:

  Ensure timely and complete fulfilment of procurement requirements as per demand and planning.

• Target Achievement:

  Meet monthly sourcing and onboarding targets to support supply chain goals and business expansion.

• Experience:

  Minimum 1-3 years in handling Fruits & Vegetables.

• Education

  : Graduate in Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• Location Flexibility:

  Chintamani

• Shift

  : Should be able to work in flexible shifts
