Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Inventory Management Executive to oversee and streamline our inventory and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage godown activities, maintain inventory records, ensure data accuracy, and prepare comprehensive reports using tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities: 1. Godown and Inventory Management: o Oversee daily operations of the godown, ensuring optimal utilization of storage space. o Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records. o Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking. 2. Vendor Data Management: o Maintain an up-to-date database of vendors, including contact details, payment terms, and purchase history. o Liaise with vendors for procurement, delivery schedules, and resolving discrepancies. 3. Production Data Management: o Track and maintain records related to production schedules and raw material usage. o Collaborate with production teams to ensure alignment between inventory and production needs. 4. Data Analysis and Reporting: o Analyze inventory trends and prepare detailed reports for management review. o Use Microsoft Excel to create data sheets, pivot tables, and perform basic to advanced data analysis. o Design and deliver presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate inventory status and improvement plans. 5. Compliance and Standards: o Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards for inventory management. o Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols within the godown. Note: This role is on field work more than in work from office Qualifications and Skills: · Bachelor’s degree any related field. · Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data visualization) and PowerPoint. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent organizational and time management abilities. · Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors, production teams, and management.
