Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in RightFax technology and its integration with enterprise applications such as Pega, PrizmDoc, and other document management or workflow systems. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of fax solutions that streamline communication and document workflows across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Design:

  • Design scalable and secure RightFax-based solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Develop integration strategies for RightFax with platforms like Pega, PrizmDoc, and other enterprise systems.

• Integration & Development:

  • Implement and configure RightFax connectors and APIs for seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with development teams to build custom interfaces and workflows.
  • Ensure compatibility and performance across integrated systems.

• Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for RightFax deployment and integration.
  • Lead troubleshooting and optimization efforts for fax workflows and document processing.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and architecture documents.

• Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, configurations, and integration points.
  • Ensure solutions comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with OpenText RightFax architecture and administration.
• Strong understanding of RightFax APIs, connectors, and integration techniques.
• Experience integrating RightFax with Pega BPM and PrizmDoc (or similar document processing platforms).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript).
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of network protocols, security standards, and fax transmission technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in RightFax or OpenText technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based fax solutions and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with HL7, HIPAA, or other healthcare-related standards (if applicable).
• Background in enterprise workflow automation and document lifecycle management.
