Solution Architect

Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a solution architect who will play a critical role in the organisation, from gathering requirements to meet specific business needs and execution of projects. The candidate must be having prior work experience in designing and implementing the data IT and DC infrastructure, including hardware, networking, security, software, and cloud services. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess excellent problem-solving attitude, and ability to quickly change direction based on organisation requirement. Understand DC infrastructure designing and development. Deep understanding of Application, Infrastructure, security architecture and aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability. Understanding of mission-critical technology components with DR capabilities. Experience in handling RFI, RFQ and RFP. Experience in handling Centre, State, PSU, BFSI customers RFI, RFQ and RFP. Excellent Presentation skills. Key Responsibilities: Gather information regarding requirements. Identify potential pain points of a client and propose new solutions. Understand key USP and unique positioning of new technologies and position to customer according to the requirement. Solution architects choose the appropriate technologies for the data centre, considering factors like performance, scalability, and security. Work closely with sales team members to gain a complete sense of client’s expectations and limitations before undertaking a major development project. Collaborate with architecture leaders and peers, business stakeholders/clients, product owners, project managers, product managers, engineers, product analysts, and business stakeholders to drive a project’s progress and ensure success. Preferred candidate profile Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in design/implementation/consulting. Minimum 5 larger projects with multiple solutions positioning. Experience in On-prem, Hybrid, Public/ Private Cloud Data centre solutions designing. Relevant technical degree / references required. Understanding of security, risk and compliance frameworks, disaster recovery, high availability architectures, hardware, operating systems, and networking connectivity.
