Solar Installer- SOLAR Rooftop only
Location: Rajasthan (Project-Based)
Experience: 2-3 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Technical Background Preferred
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

Join our growing team and help accelerate the clean energy transition on the ground. We are looking for skilled and reliable Solar Installers to support rooftop and ground-mounted solar project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess installation site and prepare layout
* Install mounting structures securely and accurately
* Fix and align solar PV panels
* Carry out DC and AC electrical connections
* Install inverters and battery systems (if applicable)
* Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and final commissioning
* Conduct regular maintenance and fault diagnostics
Ideal Candidate:
* Comfortable with working at heights and on rooftops
* Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures
* Hands-on experience with tools and equipment
* Willing to travel and work across multiple project sites
* Team-oriented and dependable in field conditions
