Sales Support: Preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other materials, as well as providing administrative support to the sales team. Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, and providing customer support. Sales Activities: Participating in sales meetings, product demonstrations, and other sales-related activities. Collaboration: Working closely with sales managers and other team members to achieve sales targets. Qualifications: Education: Pursuing or completed B.Tech / MBA / BBA. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software (preferred). Other Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Job Purpose – On-site Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned solar project site, ensuring smooth execution of all activities. Project Execution: Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the project, from initial planning to completion, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards as well as timelines. Site Visits: Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including designs, drawings & detailed BOM including string sizing, inverter selection, and panel layouts using PVsyst, Helioscope, or AutoCAD Design Engineering: Prepare SLDs (Single Line Diagrams) and electrical layouts Optimize system performance and yield estimations Approvals: Wherever necessary, coordination with Discom / CEIG / others for approvals and net metering. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to guarantee that all project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Client Interaction: Engage with clients on-site, addressing concerns, providing updates, and obtaining necessary approvals, fostering positive client relationships. Problem Solving: Identify potential problems or challenges during project execution and proactively develop and implement solutions to ensure the project stays on track. · Ensure adherence to safety, MNRE, and IEC/IS standards · Troubleshoot during commissioning and handover process Operation & Maintenance (O&M): - Monitor system performance and conduct maintenance visits Identify faults, handle inverter diagnostics, and suggest corrective actions Maintain service records and AMC reports · QUALIFICATION : Degree / Diploma in Engineering and relevant certification in solar technology, electrical systems, or a related field. · 2-3 years of experience in solar PV design and on-site Project Execution Strong technical knowledge in basic electrical engineering & mechanical / civil engineering concepts Knowledge of Helioscope/SolarLabs & AutoCAD preferred · Industry Certifications from MNRE/NISE/Skill India (added advantage) Strong troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance skills.
