Software Tester

Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various platformsPerform Functional, Usability, Reliability, Regression, and Database testingConduct thorough API testing and validate integrationsCarry out mobile and web application testingTrack, log, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA, Mantis, Bugzilla, etc.Assist in preparing Test Summary and Assessment ReportsEnsure clear documentation of testing processes and resultsCollaborate with QA engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality softwareStay updated with evolving testing techniques and industry best practicesApply basic knowledge of Java for test case validation and debuggingParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvementRequired Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical fieldMinimum 1 year of experience in Manual TestingSolid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologiesStrong hands-on experience with API and Database testingFamiliarity with mobile and web testing tools and approachesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsSelf-motivated with a positive, professional attitudeKnowledge of automation tools is an added advantageAbility to work independently and manage QA responsibilities efficiently
