Role & responsibilities

  • Lead software sales strategy for NBFC & banking clients.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Build & maintain C-level relationships with BFSI clients.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams for successful implementation.
  • CRM & sales pipeline management.

Required Skills:

  • Proven sales leadership in BFSI domain.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience in selling SaaS/Software for Lending/Collections/Accounting.
