Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive sessions on personality development — grooming, body language, communication, and professional etiquette
Facilitate Group Discussion (GD) workshops with structured feedback and performance insights
Design and run Mock Interview sessions, simulating real-world hiring scenarios
Prepare students for aptitude tests (Quant, Verbal, Logical) with test strategies and practice sessions
Curate personalized feedback and improvement plans for students
Coordinate with Placement and Academic teams to align training with recruitment expectations
Support students in resume building and personal branding
Bring energy, empathy, and structure to every session — think mentor, not lecturer
