Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and digitally savvy Social Media Trainee to join our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating content, and executing digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing daily posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Support the content creation team with ideas, copywriting, and basic design input. Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner. Track key metrics and assist in preparing weekly performance reports. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, hashtags, and emerging tools. Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign development. Help in organizing online contests, influencer collaborations, and promotions. Requirements: A strong interest in social media, digital content, and online trends. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field (or currently pursuing). A creative mindset with eagerness to learn and contribute.
