Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives (brand awareness, lead generation, sales, etc.)
  • Set short-term and long-term digital goals and KPIs
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and insights

Website & SEO Management

  • Oversee website performance, optimization, and user experience
  • Plan and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
  • Coordinate with web developers and designers for site improvements

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Ads

  • Plan and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize ROI through A/B testing, targeting, and bid adjustments

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage content and campaigns across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
  • Analyze engagement metrics and grow social media presence
  • Manage influencer collaborations or partnerships if applicable

Content Strategy

  • Coordinate the creation of engaging, relevant content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.)
  • Align content with SEO and brand goals
  • Oversee editorial calendars and content distribution

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns
  • Set up marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and engagement
  • Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversions

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights to monitor campaign performance
  • Prepare monthly/weekly reports with actionable insights
  • Recommend improvements based on data analysis

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and coordinate with internal teams (content, design, SEO) or external agencies
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Skills & Tools Required:

  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console
  • SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz)
  • Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, creative, and project management skills
