About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to manage our online presence, grow our audience, and boost engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling, understands trends, and can turn strategy into action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) aligned with brand voice and goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
• Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and manage online reputation.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics tools, and trends.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of basic graphic design or video editing.
• Experience in running ad campaigns.
• Worked with startups or niche brands.
