Full Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Intern to join our digital marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about content creation, branding, and community engagement. You will gain real-world experience in managing social media campaigns, content calendars, and digital storytelling across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and posting content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
• Design graphics, reels, stories, and carousel posts using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor strategies to boost engagement
• Schedule posts and maintain the content calendar
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and DMs, and engage with the audience
• Support with content shoots, behind-the-scenes coverage, and influencer collaborations
• Track performance metrics and help prepare weekly engagement reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a course in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or related field
• Basic understanding of how major social platforms work (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Good sense of visual aesthetics, storytelling, and brand tone
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other basic editing tools
• Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Prior internship or freelancing experience in social media or content creation
• Basic knowledge of Instagram Reels trends and video editing
• Understanding of how social media supports business goals
