Key Responsibilities:

1.Assist in developing, curating, and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

2.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

3.Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth.

4.Support in executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.

5.Research industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to enhance strategy.

6.Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to align social content with company goals.

7.Contribute creative ideas to boost audience interaction and brand awareness.

8.Maintain content calendars and ensure brand consistency across all posts.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

1.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

2.Creative thinker with a flair for content creation (text, image, and video).

3.Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar design tools is a plus.
