Social Media Expert

Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Social Media Expert to manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and up to date with the latest trends, with a strong focus on execution and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage monthly content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

* Coordinate with the design and content team to get creatives and captions delivered on time

* Publish and schedule posts, reels, stories, and videos as per campaign plans

* Track platform engagement (likes, shares, comments) and performance metrics

* Identify and use trending hashtags, formats, and audio for organic growth

* Analyze basic data and provide internal performance updates

* Stay current with social media trends, formats, and best practices

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media handling

Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube features

Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or similar

Strong sense of content aesthetics and visual coordination

Basic understanding of post and reel engagement strategies

Ability to work independently and meet timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,225.22 - ₹42,875.84 per month
