Job Title: Social Media Executive Location: Gurugram Job Type: Full-time Department: Marketing About the Role: We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team.You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content,and helping grow our brand's online presence .Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram,Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, reels)• Schedule posts and maintain a consistent posting calendar Monitor performance metrics (likes, shares, engagement, reach, etc.) and preparemonthly reports Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brandconsistency Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build a strong onlinecommunity Identify new opportunities for growth and audience engagement Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in social media management (internships count too!) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their tools Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) Creative mindset with attention to detail Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with influencer outreach and collaboration Basic knowledge of SEO• Video editing skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,618.65 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
