Social Media Executive (Only for Female Candidate)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media activities for our clients, ensuring timely content posting, maintaining performance reports, and supporting additional office tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Scheduling & Posting:
• Plan, schedule, and post content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for clients.
• Ensure all content goes live on time according to the agreed content calendar.
• Social Media Management:
• Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and overall community interactions on clients’ social media pages.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to gather creatives and captions as required.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare periodic performance reports for clients showcasing reach, engagement, and growth metrics.
• Share insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Administrative & Office Support:
• Assist in basic office tasks, documentation, and any extra work assigned related to client servicing or internal operations.
• Client Coordination:
• Communicate with clients when necessary regarding approvals, clarifications, or updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts (agency experience is a plus).
• Basic understanding of social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering work on time.
• Willingness to assist with additional office work beyond social media tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
