Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with at least 3 years of proven experience to manage and elevate our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, driving traffic, and increasing brand awareness across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)

Manage paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) and optimize performance

Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions

Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for campaign development

Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and manage community interactions

Analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.

Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts professionally

Strong understanding of social media KPIs, tools, and algorithms

Experience with social media advertising and budgeting

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools is a plus

Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing

Video editing or reels creation experience

Knowledge of influencer outreach and collaborations

Strong time management and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,265.46 per month
