Youll be a visual storyteller who understandshow design fuels both social media engagement and internal alignment. This roledemands a deep understanding of content-led design, campaign thinking, and theability to move fluidly between internal communication assets and high-performancesocial content. Youshould be fluent in both social-first formats and brand-alignedmessaging , have worked in product marketing , and be confidentpresenting your creative ideas to internal and external stakeholders . Key Responsibilities: Designengaging graphics and motion content for social media (static posts, reels,stories, carousels, thumbnails) Conceptualizeand develop creative for internal communication campaigns newsletters,posters, digital signages, etc. Supportproduct marketing efforts with launch visuals, explainer creatives, and salesenablement design Collaboratewith content strategists and campaign managers to bring ideas to life UseAI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Freepik, Adobe Firefly, Canva) for visual generationand creative ideation
