Role & responsibilities 1. Key Account Manager Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon and Flipkart managing day-to-day operations and fostering strong relationships with platform account managers. Plan promotional calendars to align with business objectives. 2. Sales Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including pricing, promotions, and discount planning. Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics. 3. Product Listings & Content Optimization Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings, ensuring high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and adherence to platform guidelines. 4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Implement strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce lead times. 5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Analyze sales data, marketplace trends, and customer feedback to drive strategic decision-making. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders. 6. Customer Relationship Management Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing queries, resolving complaints, and managing reviews. Main Responsibilities Pre-Sales Engineering: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at India operators. Conduct regular visits to telecom operators to gather technical requirements and ensure alignment with our STB products. Participate in pre-sales activities, such as product presentations, technical demonstrations, and responding to RFPs and RFQs. Run hands-on testing and Proof of Concept (PoC) trials for STB products Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team and act as a trusted advisor to potential customers. Relay feedback from operators to the R&D and product teams to guide product development. · Analyze the competitive products in the regions and provide analysis report for internal study Product Testing & Support: Develop and execute detailed test plans Conduct hands-on testing of devices in various environments to identify connectivity, performance, and compatibility issues. Respond to support emails from end-users, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to communicate test results, prioritize issues, and drive resolutions. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products meet the latest standards. Requirements: Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of STB(Both pure ATV OTT and DVB Linux STBs) Industry Experience: Established relationships with India pay-TV operators and experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles. Testing Experience: Hands-on experience in configuring and testing STB and home networking devices and familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Adb, Wireshark, Iperf). Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
