Site Supervisor for Hotel Interiors

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to manage and oversee all on-site activities for our high-end hotel interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project phases are executed efficiently, adhere to strict timelines and budgets, and meet the exacting quality standards required for the hospitality sector, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Key Responsibilities: * Project Execution & Supervision: Lead and coordinate all daily on-site interior works specific to hotels, including guest rooms, lobbies, restaurants, banquet halls, spas, and other public areas. This includes civil, carpentry, custom millwork, false ceiling, painting, specialized flooring, lighting, plumbing, HVAC coordination, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) installation. * Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality checks to ensure all finishes, installations, and bespoke elements meet the luxury standards and design specifications of the hotel brand. Conduct detailed inspections and ensure adherence to relevant building codes and hospitality industry standards.

Pay: ₹12,399.85 - ₹20,000.00 per month
