Job Title: Site Engineer Solar Projects

Job Summary:

Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems on-site.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility checks in coordination with the design and planning teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during execution.
Monitor and document daily progress, site activities, and manpower deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar installations.
Prepare and submit site reports, status updates, and project documentation.
Liaise with government authorities or DISCOMs for necessary inspections and approvals when required.
Travel extensively to project sites across India based on project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

B.Tech degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.

Experience:

12 years of experience in solar project execution or relevant fieldwork.
Familiarity with solar PV system components, layouts, and installation techniques.
Good understanding of electrical drawings, SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), and civil foundation works.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, field-based environment.
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.

Language :

Comfortable with Hindi and English (both spoken and written)
