Proven track record of managing quality on high-end fitout projects. 2. Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of materials, finishes, and methods used in commercial interior fitouts. Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar). Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings. 3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members. Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards under tight deadlines. Proficiency in project management and quality software tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM tools).
