Customer Support Executive SUMMARY Hiring for customer support inbound and outbound process in Navi Mumbai location. Job Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Responsibilities: Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential customers. Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects. Gather and document customer information accurately. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. Requirements Eligibility Criteria: Good communication Skills in English and Hindi Age group between 18-35 years Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
