About the Role We are looking for a Lead Fullstack Software Engineer who brings deep frontend expertise with strong hands-on skills in JavaScript, ReactJS , and a solid foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, System Design, and SQL . While your primary focus will be on frontend engineering, you will also contribute meaningfully to backend services built in any modern language (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and user-centric web applications. As a lead, you will also guide and mentor junior engineers, influence architectural decisions, and drive engineering excellence across the team. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, performant frontend applications using JavaScript, ReactJS , and modern web technologies. Collaborate on fullstack development, contributing to backend APIs and services in any mainstream backend stack (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.). Own and drive high-level architecture and low-level design for new product features.Optimize performance and user experience for web applications. Write efficient, modular, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards. Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver quality software on time. Mentor junior engineers, review code, and ensure engineering best practices. Drive technical initiatives, perform system and database design with scalability in mind.Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems. Required Skills and Experience 7+ years of software development experience in a product or tech-driven environment. Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS , HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Solid understanding and application of Data Structures and Algorithms . Strong grasp of System Design principles and experience building scalable systems. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases. Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks. Experience with at least one backend language like Node.js, Python, Java , or Go. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure). Nice to Have Experience with TypeScript, Redux, or modern frontend architecture patterns. Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience in performance profiling and optimization. Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
