Manage and leverage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for optimal candidate pipeline management. Candidate Management & Assessment: Conduct in-depth screening and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit (for the client organization), and alignment with client requirements. Prepare comprehensive candidate summaries and present qualified shortlists to clients, highlighting key strengths and relevant experience. Coordinate and facilitate client interviews, providing logistical support and ensuring a smooth process. Conduct thorough reference checks and assist with background verification processes as per client requirements. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
