ROLE SUMMARY:
Handling customer queries and complaints, managing customer inquiries, maintaining store display standards, maintaining sales process, excellent communication.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Promoting luxury timepieces to customers
· Managing customer relationships through excellent sales service.
· Creating and maintaining customer’s network.
· Attending and supporting the company’s events and activities.
· Playing an active role in ensuring the boutique achieves its target.
· Maintaining housekeeping, operating and customer service standards.
