Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Showroom In-Charge to manage day-to-day showroom activities and coordinate both sales and service-related tasks. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in customers and guide them in choosing suitable AC products

Coordinate installation and service requests with the technical team

Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and stock updates

Follow up with customers post-installation for service satisfaction

Meet monthly showroom sales and service coordination goals

Prepare reports and maintain basic documentation

Ensure professional and smooth in-store customer experience

Candidate Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in showroom or retail handling

Strong communication and basic computer skills

Knowledge of AC products and service cycle preferred

Minimum education: Plus Two; Degree is an added advantage
