This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for helping customers meet their financial needs. Key Responsibilities : Identify and acquire potential customers for various loan products. Explain product features, eligibility criteria, documents required, and interest rates. Assist customers in completing application forms and documentation. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursal. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth. Conduct follow-ups on leads and inquiries through calls, visits, and references. Provide timely and accurate updates to customers about their loan application status. Required Skills & Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline. Experience in selling loan products (personal, home, LAP, BL, used car) is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented with a willingness to go the extra mile. Basic knowledge of financial documents and credit policies.
