Job Description

Language expectations: All personal performing this service must comply with the following language expectations:
APAC, LATAM and NORAM- Business level proficiency in English and local language.
EMEA- Business level proficiency in English (CEFR) and local language
Shift Supervisor Service may include ,but are not limited to:
Operational supervision of all personal providing services and deliverables
Respond and provide security support to all emergencies.
Liaison between contractor and client, with law enforcement agencies, with client customers at the facilities, and with all personal.
Propose and implement proactive measures to detect security and safety weakness, provide relevant solutions, improve performance and expand operations.
Enforce physical security measures and practices to ensure client directives are completed.
Responsible for staffing all security posts with qualified personal, and organizing and disbursing shift rotation schedules.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all incidents using reporting system.
Complete all inventories of security equipment, EHS audits and daily/ weekly/monthly audits/drills/exercises as assigned by the contractor leadership.
Assist in collecting , inputting ,and reviewing for accuracy all site metrics in compliances with contract requirements.
Tour assigned posts and building to ensure all contractor securing personal are following proper policies and procedures.
Conduct daily on the job training and provide guidance to contractor security personal on post
Responsible for ensuring all security vehicles and shuttles are inspected on a daily to ensure safe operation and any required maintenance is completed in accordance with policies and recommendations.
Responsible for the overall radio communications during a shift to ensure clear communication throughout the facility and proper radio etiquette is followed.
Order, assign, and inventory all security gear and property.
Ensure key control is in compliances with set policies and procedures.
Order and issue permanent badges for employees, extended workforce members (xWF), and visitors.
Repair and programme radios and laptops.
Provide relief service for on duty personnel as needed and /or scheduled.
