Job Description-Godown Manager Job Title: Godown Manager Location: Baner Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Working Days:6 days a week Field Visits: 2–3 times per week (to outlets) Key Responsibilities: 1. Godown & Stock Management: Monitor daily stock levels and maintain proper records. Ensure that all items are available in sufficient quantity. Inform the manager immediately if any stock is low or unavailable. Keep the godown clean, organized, and running smoothly. 2. Shop Coordination & Stock Distribution: Regularly communicate with all outlets to understand their stock requirements. Arrange and dispatch the required stock to each outlet on time. Track what is sent to which shop and maintain supply logs. 3. Outlet Visits & Operational Checks: Visit each outlet 2–3 times a week to: Ensure shops are clean and staff maintains hygiene. Check food quality and product presentation. Verify if sales are going well or identify reasons for low sales. Report any operational problems or irregularities. 4. Reporting: Provide weekly updates on stock levels, outlet performance, and issues (if any). Keep clear and timely communication with the management team. Job Title: Backend Office Executive Company: Shegaon Kachori Location: Pune Salary: ₹15,000 per month Working Days: 6 days a week Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Data Entry & Record Keeping Customer Coordination & Support Document Management Swiggy & Zomato Order Handling: Check online orders from Swiggy/Zomato dashboards. Handle customer issues like missing items, refunds, and delivery delays. Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure smooth operations. Raise support tickets if menu is not showing or any technical issue. Skills Required: Computer basics: Excel, Word, Email Good communication in Hindi (Basic English preferred) Familiarity with Swiggy/Zomato dashboard is a plus Fast learner, disciplined & sincere Age: 18 – 25 years Minimum 10th/12th pass Fresher/Experienced both can apply
