Setter cum Operator ( Only Male Candidates )

• Experience with programming language used in 5-axis horizontal boring machining.
• Proficiency in setting up 5-axis boring machines,including installing tooling,fixtures,and work pieces,ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
• Demonstrate experience with operating and setting up 5 - axis boring machines,including loading /unloading materials, selecting appropriate tools, and running the machine.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC Machines.
• Demonstrate understanding of different cutting tools,work holding devices,and materials used in machining.
• Detail experience in identifying and resolving machine malfunctions and production issues.
• A Setter/Operator, particularly in the context of CNC or VMC machines, is responsible for both setting up and operating the machine to produce parts according to specifications. This involves interpreting engineering drawings, selecting appropriate tools and fixtures, setting machine parameters, and monitoring the machine's operation to ensure quality and precision. Key Responsibilities:
• Machine Setup: Setting up CNC or VMC machines, including installing tooling, fixtures, and adjusting machine parameters based on engineering drawings and specifications.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CNC or VMC machine operation, tooling, fixtures, and programming basics.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during machine operation.
• Operation: Operating the machine to perform tasks like turning, milling, drilling, or other machining processes.
• Quality Control: Regularly checking the dimensions and quality of the produced parts to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during machine operation, such as tool wear, program errors, or quality problems.
• Maintenance: Performing basic maintenance tasks on the machine to keep it in good working order.
• Safety: Following all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Reading Drawings: Interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to understand the required specifications and machining processes.
• Material Handling: Loading and unloading materials and parts from the machine.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of machine settings, production data, and any issues encountered.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
