8+ years of overall IT experience
, with
4+ years in ServiceNow
development/architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with
multiple ServiceNow modules
(ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal, etc.).
Deep understanding of
ServiceNow platform architecture
, data model, APIs, and integrations.
Proven experience in designing complex
ServiceNow solutions and integrations
using REST, SOAP, MID Servers.
Solid experience with
JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
(business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions).
Experience with
ServiceNow Implementation Methodology (SIM)
and Agile/DevOps practices.
Familiar with
CMDB data models, CI relationships
, and Discovery configuration.
ServiceNow
Certified System Administrator
and
Certified Implementation Specialist
(CIS) preferred.
