Key Responsibilities Installation and Setup : Service technicians install and configure equipment and systems, ensuring they are operational and meet customer specifications. Maintenance and Repair : They conduct routine inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to repair mechanical and electrical systems. Customer Support : Providing technical support and guidance to customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Documentation : Keeping detailed records of service activities, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment to track performance and compliance with safety standards. Collaboration : Working with other technical staff to ensure comprehensive service coverage and improve service efficiency.
