To provide efficient after sales service and customer support to our ever-growing list of reputed customers, we are looking at knowledgeable and dedicated service engineer Who You Are: We are looking for young & dynamic Service engineer who have passion for Solving Complex Technical Problems, Making a Visible Impact on Production, Learning New Tech & Automation, Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Building, Love for Field Work and Autonomy, and Continuous Improvement Ability to travel frequently for attending to clients service requirements, Key Responsibilities: To be a part of our product testing, installation and commissioning & service support Team. Final Product Testing, Machine Installation, testing and operator training at client location. Online and onsite after sales service Support. Trouble Shoot, Debug and Fix deployment issue at clients end Writing Technical Documentation. Ideal Candidates will possess: Experience: 1 to 3 years experience in servicing and installation of industrial automation products such as Smart Cameras, PLCs, Sensors, Stepper Motors and Solid State Motor Drives, VFDs etc. Candidates who have experience in the servicing and installation of high speed Automatic packaging machinery & accessories will have an added advantage.
