Senior Technical Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage technical operations of VMC, HMC, ID OD grinding machines, and other supporting equipment.

• Lead and manage a team working on 17+ high-precision machines including VMCs, Turnmills, and CMMs.
  
• Ensure efficient production planning and execution by monitoring machine performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to machinery maintenance, tooling, and process optimization.
  
• Develop and implement effective quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Mentor and train junior engineers and shop floor personnel
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-12 years of experience in managing heavy engineering machines such as VMC, HMC, Turnmills, and CMMs.
  
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex problems quickly.
  
• Effective communication skills for working closely with various stakeholders including operators, engineers, and management.

• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and practices.
