A.Direct Tax:

1. Handling statutory compliance related to Direct Tax such as preparation of Tax computation, computation of monthly TDS & TCS liability and payment thereupon, filing of quarterly TDS & TCS return, employees salary tax computation. Also keeping track on issuance of TDS & TCS certificates.

2. Computation of quarterly & yearly advance tax liability as well as provision for tax & deferred tax for financial result

3. Filing of income tax return and reply to the notices received from tax department

4. Co-ordination in conduct of Tax Audit and certification activities.

5. Handling income tax assessment, appeal, department work, representation before tax authorities

B.Indirect Tax (GST):

1. Handling statutory compliance such computation of monthly GST liability and payment thereupon, filing of monthly GST returns and quarterly ITC-04. Periodical conduct of GST reconciliation activity.

2. Filing of GST Annual Return

3. Handling of VAT / GST related assessment, rectification, department work, representation before tax authorities

4. Co-ordination in conduct of GST Audit and certification activities

C.General:

1. Advising on day to day operational issues related to tax to other department

2. Preparation of various MIS reports for internal control purpose

3. Work experience in SAP system environment

4. Active participation in process improvement

5. Circulation on periodical basis legal updates and its associated impact on business for awareness of management.

Soft Skill Sets:

1. Good inter-personal communication skills, good drafting skills.
