Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our deliveries through rigorous testing and automation
He/she will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, Key Responsibilities / Experience / Technical Skills Test Planning and Design: Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and design specifications, Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts (both API and UI) to ensure efficient and repeatable testing processes, Execution: Perform manual testing as needed, including exploratory, regression, integration testing Performance Testing: Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to identify performance bottlenecks and ensure the scalability and stability of applications, Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness, including the adoption of new tools and techniques, Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of product requirements and functionality, Required Skills And Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automated testing (Min 2 yrs experience in UI and API automation is expected) Technical Skills Strong test automation experience (Rest API automation/ Playwright experience preferred) Proficiency in Java Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter preferred) Familiarity with version control systems Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools Experience with Agile development practices
