Skill : Sr ReactJS Developer Experience : 6+ Years Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore Notice Period : Immediate to 20 Days Role & responsibilities Design and develop complex React.js applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. Lead a team of React.js developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in React.js and related technologies. Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Contribute to the development of reusable components, libraries, and tools to improve the codebase. Identify and address technical challenges, optimize performance, and ensure the scalability and maintainability of the React.js applications. Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Preferred candidate profile 5-12 years of experience in developing web applications using React.js and related technologies. Proficient in React.js, Redux, React Router, and other popular React.js libraries and frameworks. Hands-on experience in building scalable and maintainable React.js applications. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development fundamentals. Experience in leading and mentoring a team of React.js developers. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
