Senior QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute automated test cases for both

  API

  and

  Web UI

  using tools like

  Karate

  ,

  Cypress

  ,

  Cucumber

  , and

  Rest Assured

  .
  
• Apply

  Behavior Driven Development (BDD)

  principles in automation frameworks.
  
• Conduct both

  white box

  and

  black box testing

  to ensure end-to-end quality of the software.
  
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams in an Agile environment.
  
• Analyze test results and report defects, work closely with developers to resolve issues.
  
• Maintain test frameworks and scripts in Java or any modern programming language.

• Minimum 5 years of automation experience for API and Web UI testing
  
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes

  CSS selectors

  XPath locators

  for element identification
  

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience in

  eCommerce domain

  testing
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
