Job Description

Responsibilities:

PPC Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and potentially social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve client/company objectives (e.g., lead generation, sales, brand awareness).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform campaign structure.
  • Create compelling ad copy, extensions, and landing page recommendations to maximize conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and performance.

Optimization & Analysis:

  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against key KPIs (e.g., ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate).
  • Identify trends and insights to recommend and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and campaign settings to improve performance.
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically and identify & resolve problems related to campaign performance, audience targeting, and budget allocation.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting key findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate campaign performance and strategic direction to internal teams or clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with PPC industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features.

Tool Proficiency & Data Acumen:

  • Strong knowledge of PPC tools, platforms & data analysis skills are essential. This includes expertise in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation, and potentially bid management tools or CRM integrations.
  • Utilize analytics platforms to track conversions, user behavior, and attribution.

Collaboration & Independence:

  • Ability to work within a team by collaborating with content creators, SEO specialists, web developers, and sales teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Ability to work independently by managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and taking initiative to drive results.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
