Job Description

Cross-checking and forwarding indents to the central drug store on time and on a regular basis.
Performing periodic stock verification.
Ensuring availability of optimum stock.
Confirming that dispensing is done with zero drug errors.
Regularly visiting consultants; coordinating manpower management.
Checking and informing logistics head about expiry period of materials for timely disposal.
Monitoring and analyzing daily bounces.
Ensuring availability of fast moving material.
Maintaining minimum stock for slow moving as well as expensive material and informing about the same.
Confirming the list of slow moving items to the OP pharmacy.
Regularly reporting the pending requirements, inventory details and stock-outs to store in-charge.
Documentation and preparation of MIS reports on a monthly basis.
Attending review and weekly meetings.
Apprising logistics in-charge about critical issues and those related to special drugs in inventory.
Additional responsibilities entrusted by the units.
