Senior Performance Test Engineer

Sandhata Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced Senior Performance Test Engineers to work with our prestigious client, NatWest Group . We are seeking professionals who are passionate about application performance, scalability, and reliability. Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of one month are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and execute performance tests for critical applications. Use tools such as LoadRunner (preferred) and JMeter to simulate load and analyze system behavior. Identify, analyze, and report performance bottlenecks in the system. Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to tune applications and infrastructure. Utilize APM tools to monitor system performance and generate insights. Document findings and provide actionable recommendations. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to performance test strategy. Required Skills: Minimum 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering . Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner (ideal) and JMeter (good to have). Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools like Dynatrace , AppDynamics , or New Relic . Solid understanding of WEB , Web Services , LDAP , and DEVWEB protocols. Exposure to AWS , OpenShift (OCP) , and containerization technologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to pinpoint performance issues. Experience working in Agile environments with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Knowledge of performance engineering methodologies and best practices.
